Work out with your kids

Aren’t we always saying to ourselves: “I’ve got to work out more.” But for those of us with kids, it is really hard to find the time.

So, instead of finding time to go and work out somewhere else, here are ways to incorporate work outs into your family life:

-Crank up the tunes and have a dance party in the kitchen

-Go for a walk after dinner with your family .

-Give your (young) kids airplane rides by lifting them with your arms or legs .

-Do some chores or garden work as a family

-Go for a family bike ride

-Find a kids yoga program on youtube and follow along as a family

-Go skiing as a family

-Go skating as a family

-Go for a hike at a nearby conservation area or forest path
