Be intentional about unplugging
We’re on our phones too much. We know this. We say we’re going to pare it back but it’s hard unless we’re very intentional about it. Here are a few phone use rules that might help. No phone an hour before bed, no phone an hour after you wake up, no phones at meals, no phones on the couch, and no phones in the bedroom. Another good one is to charge your phone in the kitchen overnight so you’re not tempted to look at it before bed or when you wake up.
