See a therapist
We all have our stuff. And we all need ways to cope with our stuff. Therapy is one of the most healthy ways to deal with our emotions (as opposed to say, numbing them with drugs or alcohol) and yet it still carries a stigma. It’s ridiculous to think about it. All it is is going to talk to someone about what’s on your mind. Not just someone, but a trained professional who might be able to help you solve a few problems in your life. Amazing!
