Remind yourself of the good

If ever you are feeling depressed about the state of the world (not uncommon after ready the daily headlines), try to focus on some of the beauty in the world. Look at macro photos of snowflakes or sand, go for a walk in a forest, watch those sped up videos of plants growing, or go stargazing in the country. Revel in the absolute MAGIC that makes up this world that we all take for granted everyday and know that while the world isn’t perfect, there sure is a lot of good.
