Reach out for help

Sometimes we need a reminder that humans aren’t meant to handle everything on their own and it’s ok to ask for help. If you’re feeling depressed, reach out to a friend, family member or mental health professional. There are also crisis phone and text lines if you want to remain anonymous.
And always remember that wanting the pain of living to end and ending your life isn’t the same thing.
