Netflix and self care
It’s easy to get sucked into the latest series when you get home from a hard day’s work. It can be a nice way to unwind. But what most of us tend to do is to just watch the show while mindless scrolling through our phones. Instead, there are some things you can do while watching that is good for your health. Here are a few ideas: drink some herbal tea, stretch, do sit ups or lunges, cuddle with your significant other, or chop veggies or fruit for your meals the next day.
