Donate to a food bank

A simple and easy way to support those that are struggling financially is to donate some food to a local food bank. Some healthy but non-perishable ideas are: rice, quinoa, dried beans or legumes, oats, canned pumpkin, spices (such as cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice), plant-based milks (not-refrigerated), and popcorn kernels.
