Think of five things to be grateful for
Multiple studies have shown that practicing gratitude can make you more happy, reduce stress levels, lead to better relationships, strengthen your willpower to make better decisions, and make you more altruistic. What an incredible list of benefits for something that is so easy to integrate into our daily lives. All you have to do is take a minute out of each day and list five things you’re grateful for. You can write them down or simply just think of them while you’re in the shower or on your commute to work.
