Speak up about abortion rights
In 2019, multiple states in the U.S. passed the most restrictive abortion legislations in decades, severely rolling back the rights of women in America. Women shouldn’t be fighting for bodily autonomy in this day and age.
For anyone willing and able to donate, these organizations are launching legal battles against the states to overturn these legislations: Planned Parenthood and American Civil Liberties Union.
If you can’t donate, you can still condemn attacks on women’s rights by attending local protests and writing your legislators.
You can also speak to those around you who may not fully understand the effect these laws have. Have the critical conversations with your family and friends and activate them in the fight for women’s access to healthcare.
